This multi-family residential project in Boulder consists of 138 units, including an enclosed 61,000 square-foot parking garage with 172 spaces and storage for 128 bicycles. It also includes 3,900 square-feet of street-level retail/community space, a pool and spa. Each building is finished in a thin brick application, CMU and precast.

The Landmark Lofts Phase II project, renamed 9 Seventy, was completed in December of 2015, offering apartments ranging in size of studio to 3 bedrooms. Each apartment is decked out with hardwood-style floors, stainless steel appliances, modern fixtures, and balconies in select units. Other amenities include a resort-style pool, a street-level coffee shop, and a clubhouse.
