The Venue on 16th is a luxury apartment complex with 14 studios, 99 one-bedroom, 63 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom units wrapped around a 243 space garage located in Denver’s City Park neighborhood. This 5-story building covering 155,000 square-feet includes a state-of-the-art gym and yoga studio, a pet-washing station, bicycle storage and car charging stations.

Located on Main Street/HWY 287, across the street from Roosevelt Park in Longmont, Colorado, the Roosevelt Park Apartments offer 115 luxury apartments with 10,500 square-feet of street level retail space. Units vary in size offering studio 1, 1.5 and 2 bedroom units over a 215 space garage.

Park Hill 4000

Adjacent to the Park Hill Golf Course and RTD FasTracks commuter rail stop at 40th and Colorado, Park Hill 4000 is a 7.5-acre, transit-oriented multifamily development with 168 luxury apartments. Located at 4000 N. Albion Street, the development is composed of 7 buildings, including a large clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and great room. Each 3-story building contains 24 units ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms with close proximity to downtown.

Mariposa Phase VI

Confluence Park Tower

The Confluence is a 34-story multi-family high-rise tower in Denver with 288 ultra-luxury units, connected to a 6-story residential tower by a 5th floor pool deck. Completed in 2017 by Clark Construction, the complex includes large penthouse units on the top 9 floors and studio and 1-2 bedroom luxury units on the first 25 levels.

Broadstone at Cherry Creek

Now known as “The Gardens at Cherry Creek”, is a 5-story complex with 191 luxury apartments. The average size of the units is more than 1,000 square-feet with 3,500 square-feet of ground-floor retail and a rooftop deck with Zen garden. Alliance Construction Group completed the project in 2014.



Aspinwall at Josephine Commons

Aspinwall New Construction and Revitalization Project constructed 72 new units in addition to the already existing 95 units, which are owned by the Boulder County Housing Authority in Lafayette.There are 54 units within 11 two-story townhome buildings and 18 units in one- and two-story duplexes.  The existing 95 units, built in 2012, were renovated ensuring the property remains well-maintained and safe for residents. The Josephine Commons incorporate renewable energy technology such as photovoltaic electric panels, geothermal heating and cooling, and solar thermal heating.

2300 Welton Street

1175 Lee Hill

1175 Lee Hill is a Housing First development located on the corner of Lee Hill and Broadway in Boulder, which aims to support the chronically homeless, with additional support services from case managers. This 2-story apartment building is composed of 31 fully-furnished 1 bedroom apartments for this Boulder County community.

The Housing First program mission is to provide stable housing and support with issues such as alcohol and drug addiction, poor health, joblessness and disabling conditions for the homeless community. Stable housing is the first step to working on self-improvement and getting back on track with their lives. Housing First programs are highly cost effective, as they significantly reduce demand on hospital emergency rooms, jails and court systems, and human service agencies.
