Mariposa Phase VI

Infinity LoHi

Infinity LoHi is a 266,465 square foot apartment complex with 273 units, located at 28th Avenue and Vallejo Street in the Lower Highlands. The development consists of 3 buildings, with 2 structures reaching 3-stories atop a concrete podium with 2 levels of parking below. The 3rd building reaches up to 5-stories following the downhill grade change.

The area consists a plethora of outdoor amenities including a pool, hot tub, fire pits, gas grills and water features, while the indoor features a conference room, fitness and yoga rooms, a bar/lounge and a coffee bar with open seating areas.

Hyatt Place at Depot Square

Hyatt Place at Depot Square is a 5-story, 101,191 square-foot hotel located in the Coulder Transit Village. This 150-room building offers expanded conference rooms on the second floor with additional guest services, conference space a pool and outdoor terraces with a corner bar and kitchen on the first floor.

The hotel is connected to the Regional transportation District (RTD) Boulder Transit Village with conventional regional bus transit and parking.

University Hills Senior Residences

The Residences at University Hills is a new apartment community for residents 62 years and older. With unique large one and two bedroom apartment homes, each apartment has a balcony or a patio as well as a convenient underground parking garage available to all residents and easy access to public transportation. The Residences at University Hills is located near unique shops and restaurants, grocery stores, banks, parks, municipal recreation center, library, movie theater and a highly rated golf course.

28th & Canyon Redevelopment

28th & Canyon Redevelopment consists of 2 Hilton branded hotels on a 114,007 square-foot site each at 5-stories. Hilton Garden Inn takes up 95,452 square-feet with 172 rooms, including 6 king suites. The average room size is 370 square-feet. A business center, meeting space and a three-meal restaurant stretch over 1,000 square-feet.

Embassy Suites varies in having the average room size at 500 square-feet with other spaces such as a 7,200 square-foot meeting space, a ballroom stretching 6,700 square-feet and a 5,700 square-foot three-meal restaurant taking up the remainder of the 172,716 square-foot building.

The project’s structural system is reinforced concrete columns supporting post-tension reinforced elevated concrete slabs. Each hotel is served by a separate 2-pipe water source heat pump loop with boilers and closed circuit cooling towers located on the roof. The premium concrete superstructure allows for a significantly longer use as compared to wood frame construction (the majority of select service hotels are wood frame).

A 2-story, 216,440 sq. ft. underground parking garage with approximately 479 spaces, including valet, serves both hotels as well as an adjacent office building.

Confluence Park Tower

The Confluence is a 34-story multi-family high-rise tower in Denver with 288 ultra-luxury units, connected to a 6-story residential tower by a 5th floor pool deck. Completed in 2017 by Clark Construction, the complex includes large penthouse units on the top 9 floors and studio and 1-2 bedroom luxury units on the first 25 levels.

Broadstone at Cherry Creek

Now known as “The Gardens at Cherry Creek”, is a 5-story complex with 191 luxury apartments. The average size of the units is more than 1,000 square-feet with 3,500 square-feet of ground-floor retail and a rooftop deck with Zen garden. Alliance Construction Group completed the project in 2014.

 

 

Aspinwall at Josephine Commons

Aspinwall New Construction and Revitalization Project constructed 72 new units in addition to the already existing 95 units, which are owned by the Boulder County Housing Authority in Lafayette.There are 54 units within 11 two-story townhome buildings and 18 units in one- and two-story duplexes.  The existing 95 units, built in 2012, were renovated ensuring the property remains well-maintained and safe for residents. The Josephine Commons incorporate renewable energy technology such as photovoltaic electric panels, geothermal heating and cooling, and solar thermal heating.

1175 Lee Hill

1175 Lee Hill is a Housing First development located on the corner of Lee Hill and Broadway in Boulder, which aims to support the chronically homeless, with additional support services from case managers. This 2-story apartment building is composed of 31 fully-furnished 1 bedroom apartments for this Boulder County community.

The Housing First program mission is to provide stable housing and support with issues such as alcohol and drug addiction, poor health, joblessness and disabling conditions for the homeless community. Stable housing is the first step to working on self-improvement and getting back on track with their lives. Housing First programs are highly cost effective, as they significantly reduce demand on hospital emergency rooms, jails and court systems, and human service agencies.

21 Fitzsimons Phase 3

21 Fitzsimons is a 4 story, multi-family development with 397 rental homes and 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.  Completed in June of this year, it is located across from major businesses such as the Children’s Hospital Colorado, the University of Colorado Hospital, the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus educational facilities and the VA medical center.
