Natural light fills the halls of this new middle school, which also serves as a community gathering space.

Designed by Wold Architects and Larson Incitti, this new middle school sits on a 20-acre site that includes a full-size sod football field, paved parking lot, and multi-lane parent drop-off/pick-up area. Natural light is used throughout the building and is supplemented with energy-saving LED lighting, which is also used for site lighting. Funded in part by a BEST grant, it replaced the 88-year-old middle school. In addition to a center for learning, the school serves as a gathering space for the community.
